A rendition of our male model from Figure Drawing I. I must hastily confess that this was not finished in class. I took a picture of the model so that I could complete the drawing at home. Cheater cheater pumpkin eater, yes. One of my goals is to become faster and more proficient at rendering the model(s) so I can lay color and tonal values in class.

At any rate, this profile picture is fairly accurate. I hung this drawing in the student gallery, and another girl, who was waiting for her oil painting class to begin, gaped at it. "I have classes with that guy!" she exclaimed. "That looks just like him." Scooooore!

Thank you! Yeah, I was sort of forced to work with conte since my teacher prefers it. I have gotten rather fond of it, though!
